Bio: Mr. Chu is the president of Highlight Financial Group LLC since its inception.  Mr. Chu has been engaged in businesses in China since 1993.  He has assisted many companies into the OTC BB market place on the NASDAQ exchange in the US.

Mr. Chu has exemplary knowledgeable in the china market and has assisted and completed many private placements for Chinese companies in US.  He has extensive experience with the Mid-Market brokerage in US.

Mathew Chang

Bio: Dr. Chang resides in New Jersey.  Dr. Chang was formally with Itochu Trading Firm, a US$15 billion per year Japanese conglomerate.  He is also a professor at Pace University, School of business, Department of Finance.

Gary Y. Gee

Bio: Mr. Gee has been engaged in public accounting and taxation for 25 years with the last 10 years emphasizing small cap investment portfolio management.  He is a registered representative with the NASD and registered as an investment advisor.  In addition to his accounting and science degrees, Mr. Gee has been involved as the CEO of Amplor Corporation an IPO start-up company in the telecom industry.
